You hack a turret,woo. A supply depot,a CRU.
And finally the NULL cannon.
But what if...There were buildings that passively aided your team?
Hack a radar installation, unlock better passive scans in a wider area. Hack nanite refilling installation, unlock passive ammo refilling.(preferrably a % not a solid number) Hack a nanite repairing installation, unlock increased passive repairing. (preferrably a solid number not a %)
Hack a hardening installation, unlock increased damage resistance. (shield or armor, not both) Hack an advanced armory, unlock increased damage/range/reload,etc. Hack an equipment depot (not a supply depot),unlock increased performance with all equipment.
Hack a cardiac installation, unlock better stamina endurance/regeneration. Decrypting installation, unlock better hack speed.(Balanced to negate the bonus it gives while hacking.)
I would suggest instead of perma hackable, once hacked a timer would appear near the installation to show it's run time.
Possibly (in the name of balance) a cooldown timer afterwards if it is used too much or is deemed OP.
Power level:as much as a (single) module/bonus.
How it works: 3 levels of security :Basic,ADV,Pro
You must successfully hack the installation 3 times to get the maximum effect with every hack adding 30-45 seconds to the run timer. But,if a cooldown is present,it increases by 10-15 seconds per successful hack.
If you decide to only hack it once,it'll give you basic level performance.
The ability it offers is disabled while the owning team hacks it to it's next performance level.
The timer can be extended by rehacking the installation while it's in use (overloading),however it takes longer and longer each time. 5,10,20,25 seconds for example. And it increases the cooldown timer by the same amount as well.(If one is present.)

I like the general concept. Especially for those DOM maps where the objective is inside a building and it is always hard to root the enemy out of. So you want to stay in the building and be entrenched? Fine. My team will hack all the utility installations and come at you like a brick to glass.

Some of those installations seem kind of redundant and the ones that provide buffs could give an unfair advantage to the ones who hack them. The radar installation is the only thing I agree with.

Great idea but CCP would have to be very careful with the strength of bonus provided. Too strong and it will make he controlling team op, too weak and there will be no incentive to hack the item.
Now with more evil.

Plus the benefits they give as a bonus.

Obviously you wouldn't put regen, damage, and resistance close to eachother.
Imagine a DOM match where those 3 installations were in a spread out triangle around the objective. It would be relatively difficult to hold 2,let alone all 3.
And if you can hold all 3 (none of your team is around the objective),it probably means you're losing anyway and need extra help.
Every installation could have an opposite.
Radar installation - Dampen installation, for example.
And not every installation need be in every battle.
Some would become eWAR based, others in your face attacking.

Even cooldown timers to prevent abuse.
So,weak bonus works for a while and can be used again frequently.
Strong only works for a short duration (a coordinated push on an objective),but you must wait a while before it can be used again.
Even different power level installations can be introduced. For example: Installation A in one battle:Bonus 2% for 4-5 mins,0 cooldown Installation A in a later battle:Bonus 10% for 1 minute,3-4 minute cooldown
Same time either way.
Imagine how PCs would change. A new dynamic/unpredictable battlefield would be born.
