I thought of the most overpowered things in DUST that could actually balance the game. I have no I idea what I'm talking about so here's the ideas.
Dampening Blanket:
Fits in Equipment slot. Reduces scan profile by 50% but does not cloak. Standard Blankets last for 15 seconds, 30 seconds at advanced (lvl 3) and 60 seconds at Proto level. This may result in underhanded scout cloaks+dampening blankets for a 75% decrease in scan profile, but don't you think knowing where your enemy is all the time with scanners is more underhanded?
Portable Head Glitch:
Throw down a nanohive-ish piece of equipment that throws up a wall that can not be shot through or passed through. Cannot be resupplied through nanohives and only lasts for 5-10 seconds.
Orbital Strikes:
There's only 4 orbital strikes, and about only 2 of those are actually used. Here are more ideas for orbital strikes.
The Chaff Strike:
Costs a little less than a flux strike, destroys equipment and resets cool down for all handheld equipment (cloaks, scanners, and the such.)
Gridlock Strike:
Orbital "Net" that stops armor and shield regeneration for a while. The minor strike will stop regeneration for 15 seconds, the major will stop regeneration for 30 seconds and use more strikes.
Now stop, wait a minute. CCP if you're reading this focus on the old problems before you cover it up with new ones :>

I did not understand this. Did you guys understand this? What does it mean? Are you trying to sell me girl scout cookies? If you don't have any nutter butter chocolate mccrunchies I will decimate you.
