Post content is already in the game. I think CCP is following the paywall method because sending 5 million ISK to my character is how it is unlocked.

Swords (Not knives) that have a long swing range, no charge time and can fire electric bolts if a person is far away.... To make it non-OP, you have to charge up the electric bolts to use them.

Dual-sidearm "pistolier" scouts.
Command and Control HAVs and Tank Commander medium suits.
Dedicated command suits; mediums for mobile fire teams, heavies for commanding eight to sixteen strong platoons.

I for one would love Pirate faction Dropsuits with unique models once the Powercore system comes in and frees up all that memory we don't have right now.
Obviously that would take some serious doing as far as art assets and such, but being able to train two suit skills to get a Pirate suit with special attributes would be pretty damn cool.

if it was dual sidearm it should be able to hold both at once. Or at least add a mod that we put on our suits that lets us hold two weapons at once.
Duct tape fixes everything from weapons to suits and even tanks.
