I believe more trading options should be unlocked in the next patch barring any foreseeing technical issues.

The only way to get them is via recruiting, and yo can get only 1/PSN Account. I don't see how farming them would be possible. Plus, you get them when you create yor first character on the compter with a recruit link, which would require you to reach LR2 before trading them. And when you recruit someone, he must get (I think) 25K WP before you get the first reward. And I believe there's 1 recruit link/PSN. So, I don't see any way you can farm these.

I don't think the recruiter BPOs should be trade able. That's a distinguished mark right there that shouldn't be falsely given out to someone who hasn't earned that. Like that's a big achievement for helping grow DUST514.
On the side note, still waiting on ability to trade LP gear so I can make some profit from playing FW.
