I had a sniper with 4 enhanced light dmgs mods. I shot the recon-Ca guy about 7 tiimes, at least 5 times on the head... He wasn't moving at all... but he took 0 dmg..
Also happened to me when I shotgunned And knifed cal scouts.. |

This can be the Blue Shields Effect.
It's basically lag.
The Sniper one was likely poor hit detection of the Sniper Rifle.
It's not a Caldari Suit Glitch.
P.S: The Blue Shields Effect is not exclusive to Caldari, it happens on all races.

If you are experiencing Blue Shields Effect, you may only be noticing it on Caldari.
It's most appearent with Caldari suits, and can easily be overlooked on Gallente and Amarr fits.
Minmatars get it just as much.
I do not know for sure if it is a glitch of recent origin, but I'll check just in case.

Ok guys, I absolutely have nothing against Caldaris. But 100% of hit detection glitches happened against Caldari suit... |

This is a very old bug, I think we have had issues with it for over two years now.
The cause must be wrapped pretty deeply in the code, otherwise I'm sure CCP would have ferreted it out by now.
