Usually, when output looks like this, simply unplugging and re-plugging the unit helps considerably.

If your a noob and having problems in new eden. Try this things to get the most out of your misirable life in new eden.
Tail a squad. Its a group of people fighting together. Shoot what their shooting and maybe if your lucky you can get a kill assist for your effort.
Play skirmish a lot. There will be lot of things left off for you hack.
Play as a logi. Put down uplinks and nanohives where there is a firefight going. Fire a couple of shots and basically stay behind the guys doing the fighting. Rep the hell out of them to get some wp.
Works wonders for me.
I am not a noob anymore.
I am now a proud solo scrub.
