When did they nerf the rof of the large missile turrets? They are now next to useless tank v. tank

I admit that the turret could have needed some rework but now they fire too slow for them to be effective. It allows tanks to react which was the whole point of the missile turret. It was meant to take tanks by surprise and hammer armor away but I believe they halved the rof which would be absurd for a weapon unless its damage was changed. No damage change here.
because the other "good" tankers QQ that missiles were too good
Have garbage gun game? Throw a Core.

It's not just that missiles were nerfed, but armor was buffed at the same time 
Now armor tanks are "OP" again.

You are dead wrong. Ive been using Missile tanks and I destroyed proto tanks with it. My fit is different from these double hardner n00bs. >:)
Why did the white girl cross the road? To get to Starbucks. <-- My GF will kill me if I ask her that lol :)

Or maybe all the effort will help them lose weight and they will cease to be fat, whichis even better.
