Which is better for some home entertainment??
- Paint drying, it's reliable, as long as you don't put it on too thick you know what your getting
- Dust dying, extremely unreliable, four public gamemodes yet for most of the day only Domination is available, new squad sizes make FW teams easier to gather yet half your squad gets stuck on EoM screen EVERY battle, decent PC additions, allowing casual corps to get the occasional battle without risking ISK, but without wiping current district ownership, it is just making those in the lead even richer - In summary, every gamemode is a steaming pile of crap (currently)
Rather than just complain, I'll add some idea's that may help.
- Ambush = NO SQUADS, only solo deployments, make it a true deathmatch (I'd even scrap teams and have a free-4-all)
- Combine Aquisition and Domination search queue (something different is not going to kill anyone)
- Remove Skirmish from Pubs (FW now pays great, and PC is available to all corps)
With 80% of the players stuck in Domination 80% of the time this game will die faster than if you removed the AA crutch.
So in the meantime, let's vote on which offers more entertainment value, Dust OR watching paint dry ??

Watching the Biomass timer and pressing "X" when its at 0 is pretty entertaining.
If you're looking for some entertainment, try that.

I logged on twice this morning and said something along of the lines of the game not being fun solo, so I'll hop on for PC.
I've been playing Agar.io. It's an intense free for all multiplayer game. Diplomacy is shoddy because you can get ganked at any second.
I'm still disappointed that my server switched after Pokemon helped me out to an almost victory.

There isn't a single bit of immersion into these NPC contracts, if there was I may agree with you, but right now it's just ducktape holding a lobby together and giving the false impression to blueberries that they are fighting for something

If we had legion and free roaming on nullsec and lowsec planets was a thing free for all would be legit...

Mate I was loving that 5 myo plc fit I had going for those few weeks. Reminded me of quake or UT or something :D. Especially in the 'train car' tunnel thingy.....

I purchased a score of apples about a fortnight ago.
Watching paint dry is way more fun than playing Dust solo. By far.

Why choose when you can do both? I mean you can play dust and watch your paint dry while waiting to get into a match. Then once your in the match you can watch some more dry while your waiting for it to end because one team has been stomped to the red line and no one is doing anything.... |

- Ambush = NO SQUADS, only solo deployments, make it a true deathmatch (I'd even scrap teams and have a free-4-all)

You make some valid points on paint versus dust and have given me something to consider.
No premium pub matches.
Yes on no squads in Ambush but I never play it so should not be talking on that.
No on combining the queue.
YES on removing skirmish.
Remove NPC orbitals from FW. -- Fix orbital timers for Eve players assisting in Planetary Conquest.
