The only way to have your old squads to together now is to play FW. Since usually some members of the squad want to play for different factions than other members, the squad comes to a compromise by discarding their loyalty and just fighting for whatever faction they seem to be having the best games in currently.
The problem is that people are running FW instead of pubs, cos squad sizes.
I would like a Gallente SMG.

I still have a weekly W/L of 5.0ish. Sitting on around 50k LP for around 3 days of FW.
You really need to play with other teammates if you want to win in FW. Hit me up in game, I'll get you into squads when I do MFW.
That being said, you gotta carry your own weight. If I have to drag you to the victory screen kicking and screaming, I'll replace you in squad.

The main problem are the newbies of academy and Alt characters who enter to just farm lp and stand in the MCC.... I kill 2 farmers in the MCC... and a few minutes they "leave the battle" lol ... yeap... !!! go away lazy gamers !

They really are more of a militia. No central organized construct, just a bunch of people who jump into squads and go play.
I have to find the players that actually know how to play, put them in a chat channel for easy contact, and then form the squads and deploy, alongside finding EVE support and weeding out the guys who are just trying to ride along for the win.
You play in my squads, you better be putting out WP. I will kick anyone who tries to be carried to victory.

If you're queuing solo, you deserve every one of those losses. Most of the PC corps stomp FW now instead of pubs because it's easier, and they can have even larger squads. I'm amazed you even have 6 wins.
Even in semi-organized squads it's tough to pull the W. Feels good though. Wins are more rewarding now that the bandwagon has moved over to the pious slavers.
