I just purchased and skilled up to level 1 the Light Weapon Upgrade skill.
However on checking the fitting screen this has not been taken into account and it still shows as using the same amount of CPU to fit thereby no benefit in using the skill. |

Having looked at this more, nothing seems to be changing on the fitting screen so mods aren't affecting values either. |

A thought, but there is one teensy little problem : you only trained to level one.
The upgrade skill only boosts either 2% or 3%, which with most weapons doesn't even translate to a single point of CPU.
Try upgrading to l5 for a more substantial boost, THEN look at the cpu costs once fitted. |

Level 1 should do 5% and as this is fitted to a advanced sniper rifle should take away 5% of like 90 cpu and my fitting window shows me having 1 unit of cpu left..... so there is no way it can have been applied as if it was only just applied I wouldn't have been able to use the gun before getting the skill. |

Ok, so ur saying in that post there WAS a difference? Either way, training to L4 or L5 not only makes it easier to test if its working, it's also always better to have your core skills trained in New Eden.

No, I'm saying that it was fitted pre skill- thereby if the skill worked as advertised it would not have fitted pre-skill |

This skill is not currently working. There are at least two threads on this forum with multiple players confirming that the CPU requirement is not reduced. |
