Searching for battle has gotten bad enough outside of domination that you are wasting your money with a booster unless you play at the height of the days activities. Remove NPC orbitals from FW. -- Fix orbital timers for Eve players assisting in Planetary Conquest.

I honestly believe it would increase booster sales as well. I can not count the number of people who do not bother with boosters because they do not feel like grinding to "get their money's worth".
