A channel for all your troop needs...well actually not right now....we need more corp leaders and soldiers that are willing to sell the bodies in the channel... so if your looking for ringers or wanna be a ringer this is the place for you. 
Now that im not selling the channel: ik there are other ways to get people like start a squad in match finder and recruiting in local..im just trying to create the soldier version of the black market basically....got 13 people that dont heavy? Ask for heavies....that kinda deal

Good idea, this could help smaller corps get and keep 1 district..

Have you tried breaking up the channels into roles?
That way people who are looking to hire can go to a separate channel depending on what they are looking for.
