Nope. The game looked better back then, but it was far less stable. Nowadays "optimizations" reduce memory loads for stability, but the game looks far worse.

Ahh, the memories. I remember a corp battle we had against the newly for Ill Omens corp. They were pretty good. I remember a match in particular where I had the high ground and was playing overwatch at 2 objectives with my laser rifle. We would have won if I hadn't been knocked down and denied access to that same spot again. Messaged the FC afterwards and asked him what he saw on his end (for our improvement) and he said that as soon as they got the laser rifle guy, they had an easier time. Made me feel good. I was with a different corp way back then.
