Hello peoples. I am throwing my hat into the running for CPM. I am the perfect candidate for CPM, and these are the reasons why:
No knows who I am. Which means I don't hold grudges, and I'm not out to get anybody.
I play everything, for the most part, and have played with every race and class. I respec about twice a month, and am always trying new suits and styles.
Since I play everything, I know about nearly everything that's lopsided. And I can tell you this, I have died in every way imaginable, only dying by the physics and environmental glitches make me mad.
I am interested in fairness to the point that your equipment does what it's supposed to. Your ability to aim and out strafe your opponent shouldn't be an issue, i.e. assault scrambler rifles.
I believe in future technology. If our ancestors were able to guide 40 747's in the sky like the were making a quilt out of contrails, then the radar and UI systems in vehicles could be better.
I am a fatboy at heart, and I want to push for some new heavy weapons. And even if I don't win, you others who are running for CPM, pay attention to this: We heavies have been playing with the same weapons since...well, since open beta anyway. While there has been the inventions of scrambler rifles, then plasma cannons, and ion pistols, we have had the same two weapons for almost three years now.
I want to represent my fellow dust players by allowing them to be human. People complain about every aspect of gameplay, trying to get this nerfed, and that buffed...I would rather see changes made to the environment to reduce the lag, and direct the devs attention to R&D for new weapons and improved gameplay. Not chasing down the reasons that a person with good aim can two shot my proto Ck.0 scout with a Viziam Scrambler Rifle.
I would also like to do what I haven't seen a CPM do, and that is spend time in each corporation and try to play with everyone, so they can get first hand thoughts on their ideas before running to the devs because their corperation thought it was a good idea. For the record. No matter what standard I wear now, I have always been a WarRaven. I want people to know that it's not the people that have kept me signing up contract, after contract, it's the love of the game.
Vote for me, the one merc that doesn't have any sort of delusions of grandeur.
Thank You, Xeger's Hammer

This is just a hypothetical situation with the intent of getting mercenaries on the right track about what they should be looking for in a CPM. Your remark says a lot about your personality when it comes to a community. With your way of thinking you might as well call yourself Adolph or Mussolini , they had the same way of thinking and one ended up going insane and killing himself, while the other was executed for being a tyrant. When it comes to being a leader, a good one anyway, they will share their ideas with the ones who they, as a leader, serves. But then again, since I believe in the idea of freedom, your remark is dripping with communistic beliefs and intolorence. Your way of thinking has me believing that you would have your people subjucated under a tyrannical set of laws that would hold no room for free thinking, and inventive people. I would advise, purely as a gesture to help you save face, refrain from shooting others' ideas down, based on your singular, and repressive nature. However, if you wish to have discussion about what you would like to have a CPM attempt to accomplish, then by all means, tell me where anything I mentioned about CPM's being such a horrible idea. Was it R&D into finding new heavy weapons? Fixing the maps so we dont fall through them occasionally? Or was there something wrong with finding out why Dust lags? If there wasn't anything wrong with anything I mentioned above, then that means you did yourself no favors in your post. Based on the hope that you are more intelligent than your reply to my topic, I look forward to having a meaningful and positive discussions on what we as players want to see in a CPM. Yet, if you don't want to have a fruitful chat that might bend the ear of someone who might eventually have the power to sow the seeds of thought we may be able to plant, means that you have a limited ability in reading comprehension, and are trying horribly at being a wee, little troll. So, if you are trying to be a troll, I'll say this so you might be able to understand it: 'You just got served.'
