Earlier I got killed by an LAV... in an my ADS..
Sit and let me tell you about it...
So a while ago I was playing one depressing battle, most of my team left(maybe 5 of us left) Enemy redlines the **** out of us within a minute of the game starting(does it with proto too). So with the entire enemy team on right on our redline I bring in an missile python. Got in 1 or 2 kills then suddenly my shields start dropping rapidly even with dual hardeners...I notice I'm getting hit by rails, and so I put those afterburners on and rush out of there escaping with only 500 armor... I go to supply depot to re armor and such.
I'm here thinking ok they probably have a rail ads out there somewhere so I try my main map thing and I can't see ****(the map had that fog effect that makes it hard to see) So since I can't find the ads I decide that maybe he retreated or something, I fly by the enemies again, get a couple equipments when boom again rails hitting my shields harder than chris hit rihanna.
I take my dropship into the sky to investigate, I see two lavs with rails hitting me like the chris and rihanna thing I said earlier.
I fly down to try to take them out but those little ants were hard too see(fog), and really maneuverable and if I got too close to one lav the other would try to take me out(one of em even had damage mods to kill me)... basically they had the advantage.
So before I'm able to leave I get dropped by one of em and fall to the ground. I jump out the ads last second and drop to the ground. Boom I get ran over... Game ends 5 seconds later....
Sigh... Why is it that I play Dust... That just made me depressed writing about it... |

Thats... Actually kinda cool.
Two LAVs working to down an ADS, something you don't see everyday.
But i agree, would be depressing as hell for me too...

LAVs are supposed to be better at AA than HAVs are.
Had one harass my python out of the entire battle I couldn't get in to do anything before he started to wreck through my defenses forcing me out of combat range. >< Frightening and what made ti worse was the aoe damage indicator was not helpful in getting a direction on them.
