Nice video!
I personally tried Planetside 2 during his closed beta, and again recently, and I can say I don't really like this game, I don't know how you are doing to worship him guys. 
The gameplay is good, the game is fluid, beautiful, but the evolutionary side, the universe, and the team play, compared to DUST, are really poor in my opinion to regularly play the game without being bored...
However, the gameplay is really fun.

The teamplay is actually awesome when you get people together.
Been on when Vanu has 27% pop and still win an alert thanks to 3 combined FA chats and 2-3 wtf the name of Hawkin's group is...amazing fun.

I heard everything is still behind a paywall (or hundreds of hours to get certificates).
If I ever decide to hop on, the TRain is where I'll be. Metal Gear Solid V is getting released fairly soon so I doubt I'll bother downloading it.

In good battles it's possible to get a load of certs, my only issue with it so far is that I feel the sidearms are too expensive cert wise.

you get cert faster depending on how well you did before you die. If you're constantly getting under 2k points before each death, you're going to feel like PS2 is quite the grind.
but get 5k+ often enough and the Cert just seem to come rollin' in. |

Looks like that clip is from Koltyr, i.e. PS2's battle academy. It is much better once you graduate into the main game. The battles can be intense though you're right that the setting is missing the persistence you get with Dust PC. |

I get about 1k certs per alert so that would be about 500 without membership which is plenty really.
You played dustt ffs, you'll have no issue with ps2's grind and the grind is not essential, unlike dust.
