It varies by dropsuit.
Scan Range in meters:
- Light Frames:
Scout: Close/Medium/Far = 4/10/20
Basic: Close/Medium/Far = 4/10/20
- Medium Frames:
Logistics: Close/Medium/Far = 5/12.5/25
Assault: Close/Medium/Far = 4/10/20
Basic: Close/Medium/Far = 4/10/20
- Heavy Frames:
Commando: Close/Medium/Far = 4/10/20
Sentinel: Close/Medium/Far = 3/7.5/15
Basic: Close/Medium/Far = 4/10/20

The stated range of a dropsuit on the fitting screen is your outer circle.
75% of this range is the middle circle and 25% of it is your inner circle.
At the outer circle precision is 110%, in the middle it's 100% (the figure stated) and at the inner circle precision is 90%. Remember lower precision is better.

The skill "range apmlification" adds a whopping +50% on all ranges and is a must have.
