Could we get a lineup of social skills that increase the standing gain towards specific factions? I was thinking about stuff like this:
- Gallente Military Connections
- Caldari Military Connections
- Minmatarr Military connections
- AmarrMilitary connections
These skills would increase the STANDING GAIN by 10% per lvl towards a specific faction. Training multiplyer would be 1X so newbies could earn Faction standings quicker and with that get more LP.
Rudimentary Mercs of scrubs and incompetence. You touch my mind, fumbling in Ignorance, incapable of understanding.

Most of the player base's social skills are questionable at best
A real sniper doesn't provide battlefield intelligence, a real sniper leaves no intelligence left on the battlefield.

I like this idea. I feel as though this rise in fac war, though due to other circumstances, is a very positive thing for this game and for the other. I feel as though it should be be nurtured and more incentives added

We have nothing to do with the eve militias and cant affect anything there, why are you bringing up something that we have no influence on and using that as a point of argument against us? It is completely and wholly irrelevant.
As far as the dust militias go... so what? they rested on their laurels until they got the crap smacked out of them. Their glories are faded... and should they continue to talk about them like they're things that exist in the present everyone will quickly realize that the gallente are very much the kid that did that thing one time and won't ever shut up about it.

Fair point though it needs be said. However he assertions were made likely without any prior knowledge of the FW setting forgetting that of course the successes of the new and old State Leadership blocs are a rather recent thing and that he is ironically pointing out the very reasons why the Caldari suffered as they did in the past.
Of course that's not to diminish your current successes, and they are quite notable and significant ones worthy of praise, just not worthy of a condemnation of your opposing faction when players like Arkena, Kirk, Cat, Aeon, Foehammer, etc put so much effort into being leadership figures for their own faction for so long.
