No. Everyone's opinion counts. Just cause you haven't been in forums doesn't mean anything, all it does mean is you didn't give your voice when it could or couldn't be needed. You still play the game and know what it's like.

It dosn't matter how long you've been here as long as you know what you're talking about, and can make a convincing case for your points, but to automatically dismiss any claims as balance issues as just "crying" regardless of the actual merits of those claims makes me inclined not to take your opinion seriously on these issues. Sometimes people are right about balance issues, and sometimes they're wrong, but to say they're always wrong is a ridiculous position.

And when all else fails just default to theoretical arguments that have no factual basis but also cannot be proven otherwise because it is simply not possible to be proven by players (predicting that 'x' will lead to boosting because of some subtle edge-case possibility with 'y' loosely related past event used as the basis for your 'proof')
You can turn down any idea just by saying "Well, Kain Spero did passive ISK generation in PC". Try it with RoF mods.
