So I decided to start skilling into Amarr Logi on a whim, and in the process I've created an odd but effective fit using a Cloak on my Medium Basic frame:
Amarr Adv Medium
Basic Light Dmg Mod x4
Basic Profile Damp x2
Basic Armor Plate x1
Basic Armor Rep x1
Basic RR
R-9 Drop Uplink
Basic Cloak
I play like its a light suit, and get quite a few ranged kills!
Thoughts?

All those basic damage mods are useless, that's because they decrease in value as they stack. So the third and fourth one are near useless. Just use one enhaced one.
Also, drop the cloak. You'll still be scanned easily by most proto scouts and Gallente Logistics. Use remote explosives, a scanner and nanohives. That way you can sabotage the enemy from behind the lines and detect scouts as well as anyone trying to flank your team.
Playing stealth in medium suits is a good position to take, but it doesn't really become useful against good players until you get Complex Profile Dampeners. That way you can get stealth and health.
Put your flags up in the sky.
And wave them side to side.
Show the world where you're from.
Show the world we are one.

I guess the stats page on the loadout screen is lying

Dude, not just those, anything. Only gallogi has scanner bonus. Other than that, if you are 28 or above profile, your gonna die.

Seriously, I may still be squishy but I play like a beefier scout and only engage at range

It may work for you. Though, be aware that higher level enemies will have.no issues detecting you.

Again, trying a shitfit for the lulz.
Moved the exact same fitting to a scout suit and now I can fit AV grenades for that special moment a LAV drives by.
Still pulling lots of kills and few deaths
