It's gotten to the point where entire squads know better to engage in cities. The maps need fixing. It's not new, there's no way CCP isn't aware of it. It gets so choppy that it becomes completely unplayable.
Is there any expected timeline? Skins are nice but shouldn't the lag be a higher priority? |

Lag? That's not lag, those are frame rate issues and they're difficult to attack directly because literally almost everything in the game contributes to them, from the number of suits you have saved to use, to the number opponents have, to how many unique dropsuits have been brought out.

I find it funny that they were originally building the game to hold at least 64 people in a match yet after 3 years the game still goes to hell at even 12 v 13.
Remove NPC orbitals from FW. -- Fix orbital timers for Eve players assisting in Planetary Conquest.

The suit changes are probly to blame... We used to have 32 players with an average of 5 high/low slots now everyone has 7-8 slots. Couldn't be part of it right |

I logged in earlier today after not having played in 4-5 months cause I heard about some optimizations. I've been playing all my PC games at 60+ FPS minimum (<3 you GTX 970).
Played a round of DUST. The awful framerate almost made me gag and started giving me a headache. Promptly turned off the game and unplugged PS3.
Some things never change.

If DUST ever gets a PC port then I'd be glad to.
I just can't play it on the PS3 anymore. The framerate drives me nuts  . Playing other games at 60 FPS with minimal network latency and then going back and playing DUST feels like going back in time.
