I got it done on even my alt account with zero SP spent on anything with nothing but milita starter fits. THe only way you'd fail to get it done is if you got a late start, or couldn't be on even one day that week for 10hrs or so. The servers crashing a few times during the even didn't help people with limited time to play either. The reward was kind of lousy though. The skin isn't that great and it only fits a single type of drop suit that most people won't be using. Honestly the only reward worth anything was the extra 16 keys.

The other I kinda just got through normal gameplay. I can live without the skin. The game and textures are so low res that I barely notice when people are running skins.
