They Share the same modules.
One can't buff Tanks, without buffing the ADS. An example, the Armor Hardeners. As soon as they buffed that the Incubus arose from its ashes.
If one nerfs the Armor Hardeners then the Incubus becomes useless.
You can't affect one without the other and even after all that there's only so much you can do with their Model Alone.
I propose just for the Dropships alone, there be separate modules.
Example :
Vehicle Modules ---> Tank/LAV Modules
---> Dropship Modules

I don't think we need entirely different modules, as we already have a choice between Light and Heavy.
Rather than add new assets, I would tweak slots, fitting space and bonuses. Not exciting perhaps, but we can fix the ADS without having to overhaul systems or add superfluous fluff.
And in my opinion, the Incubus is in a very decent place. The Python on the other hand is the one that finds itself struggling, as its increased fire rate and movement speed is not worth the tradeoff of reduced HP.

Now see with the slot fiasco, I tried pushing for one more 1 low for the Python and 1 more high for the Incubus but it went absolutely no where with the Dropship Community. Shield Modules as always have been a problem. |
