I have both, and Ill still be using min commando for swarms, because the cal commando's mobility and survivability is trash. The min commando's is barely acceptable as it is. Damage bonuses dont work when you're dead.

At the moment we have +/-20% with the change done to swarms it would be +/-10%. It would become worse vs armor but better vs shields.
