So squads can go up to 8 now, what roles would you like to put into that squad to win in most matches? How many Logi, Heavy, etc in it? Would you have a tank or drop ship, would they have co pilots?
It also brings up the issue of where to put the defense orders if you want to get more WP. There is no real reason for 8 people to attack/defend one objective, so it kind of means the squad will have to spread out. I kind of think the squad leader should be able to put down more than one order at a time, but meh -o. It almost makes 8 and 16 man squads a disadvantage compared to smaller groups.
I guess my team would be built like two separate squads for that reason. 2 of every suit you think you might need, and the two squads act indecently of each other for the most part. The other option is one strong squad of 4 or 5 people working an objective with the rest running around as scouts or vehicles to harass the enemy out laying points. |
