Hurts, but it's true.
I just talked about this in Skype with Ripley, and I clarified for him, based on my knowledge of Past CCP handling of exploits and policy. I don't expect rattati to deviate too hard. the question and answer was fairly involved but should be pretty clear.

[5:04:53 AM] Breakin Stuff: Hiding the paper trail would mean someone who shuffles an item/ISK ganed via exploit through multiple cut-out accounts and friends to hide the item so CCP cannot find and remove it from the inventory.

This is, to my knowledge currently, the most likely way this will play out. So if you aren't deliberately shuffling the items through cutouts, dummy alts and friends to obfuscate the transfer of the items gained via exploit to make it harder for CCP to find, you are probably just going to be -5 Serpent suits IF you claimed them via the exploit.
Don't try to pull the sneaky pete here guys. CCP has ten years of EVE player shenanigans and they wrote the system so they can use their EVE tools and techniques to police DUST for this kind of Sh*t. They're better at this particular function than any of us are.
