Don't people want something better than the game we currently have? I guess this is why I was so excited about legion, A chance for CCP to learn from the mistakes they made with Dust and give us the game we all originally wanted. I fear this will never happen if all we get is Dust 514 port.

Larger maps, more sockets, a greater amount of particle effects, better lighting, a higher flight ceiling, more rooms you can travel to while not in battle, less latency and- among the most radical dreamers- an open world environment that connects EVE pilots and Dust mercenaries. Put your flags up in the sky. And wave them side to side. Show the world where you're from. Show the world we are one.

Many think that the dev team will use the more power to make the game better, but that acquires many things to happen, which I don't believe will.

DUST with a skin change in other words. I'm willing to bet money that most of the legion hype was marketing telling the devs "this is what you will tell them." The whole thing reeks of a marketing rebrand chop job. WoW has taught me that Purple means Legendary. This means Quafe suits are the optimal loadout for killing all of you.
