Dropsuit slot progression has been flattened, meaning from standard to prototype, the slot layouts are identical. The key difference being the PG/CPU. Commandos got buffed a slot, and logis got more normalized in the process, which includes a Cal logi PG/CPU buff.
There are some bugs however. Scouts getting a 3rd equipment slot, some weirdness is making standard assaults (Amarr, Minmatar, that I know of) and sentinels (Amarr, that I know of) have less PG/CPU then they had before the patch.
APEX suits have been buffed in PG/CPU to be somewhere between standard and prototype so that they aren't made mediocre by the slot changes.
Planetary conquest got some changes where clones have to be manually sold, and performing actions like clone sales and district attacks use up these things caled "command points," which are accumulated from members of the corp doing daily missions. Clone sales yield a special currency called DKs that comes with a cool store, and the percentage of the corp's DK you get is proportional to your contribution in command points.
You can view skins before buying.
A bunch of BPOs that looked special got turned into generic BPOs, but a SKIN with the old BPO's look got refunded to the owner (which is better, because now the look can be applied to multiple suits). This is only the first batch, and more BPOs will be converted.
There is 3 types of squads now. 4 players for public battles, 8 for faction warfare, and 16 (team deploy) for planetary conquest.
There is a new progression menu that allows players to advance through better and better pre-made fits easily with a streamlined way of skilling.
There are tons of little bugs, but nothing too major.
