As far as I understand it, a raid will (initially) be exactly the same as a normal attack, so 24h wait etc. The only difference will be your own objective / goal of the attack, which might not be to conquer the district.
Now I say "initially", since I have a suspicion we might not heard the last of a "Raid" you can launch almost immediately. But not for Warlords 1.2 |

I think a good a idea for raids could be an instant attack can be made for a high price, buying certain type of clones that are able to attack at an instant. Thought this attack can only be in a certain window of time of day or night which is randomly generated daily for each Corp. Other corps can see this time in which they can attack. And as far as multiple corps trying to raid at once only one Corp can raid once against another Corp daily. So first come first served. I say a 4 hour window would be efficient
With in that 4 hour window the first three hours the defending Corp has an hour to prep if the attack is within the last hour It will be an instant attack because well the defending Corp knows the hours to prep and should be ready if that Corp is smart that is.
Sorry if this idea is kinda all over the place just something from the top of my head. Just kinda popped in my head when I saw this post.
I cut you up so bad.... You gonna wish I no cut you up so bad.

I think it was suppose like this... near the 3-4 "reinforcement" hour... (when is suppose the players corp attacked are more active) and deploid only 100 clones (so 1 clone kill and no auto atack if they win).
But I Raiding will be more like "it's ok... I win 3 easiest battles but I don't want your piece of dirt.... in this desolated planet..".

I just read and shake my head here and there..
