There use to be the NEOCOM companion app for the PS VITA but that went extinct a long time ago.

The amount of resources they would need to pour into even a simple application such as the one you described would be better used to create new art assets.
CCP headquarters needs to rethink their decision to cut put the graphic artists.
Put your flags up in the sky.

I know that creatining an app for this may take some work, but there are a lot of people that go on vacation, work away from home, etc. that could benefit from something like this... I suggested an internet management (like a webpage, since you can already login here... but that died as I am sure this will die too). What I really hate is that no one is supporting things like this but they are supporting the 1000th stat change since the game started (I agree there are some things that need to be restated, but let's be honest... THAT WILL NEVER END so let's put some of those resources elsewhere)!!! |

I know that this daily login crap is part of the free to play model (side note: which I don't like), but it is very annoying.
I would appreciate an app or internet access to handle that kind of stuff. Gamers are not only kiddies.
Maybe it is easier to create a portal on your web site instead a full app. |

I think a portal on the website or forums would be the better option. An app just takes too long because then you have to test it on multiple devices and all that stuff. A website or forum addon is something that's simpler and can take advantage of the CREST API system.
In Eve Online, players have access to their in-game message via the forums and communicate from there if they are away from their main computer but still have access to the forums otherwise. But that is just for messaging for now. I have yet to see any API-related features that enables in-game actions to be made from outside the game. Probably because CCP will have to figure out how to deal with macro-bot users who can automate the whole thing.
