I just bought the mercenary pack for my girlfriends dust toon and all she recieved was the aur. It comes with the dragonfly scout bpo and toxin icd 9 smg bpo along with some aur gear and a 30 day active booster but all she got was the aur so wht do i do

check in assets, they will be there, or create fitting and the bpo suit will show, add a sidearm to the fitting and it will show up |

Its not there ive checked on mine and hers ps3 and when I try to file a support ticket it will not let me log in and keeps telling me that ive entered thw wrong password or email adress when I have it right n front of me

when you log back in after buying the pack you have to apply it to the character you want it on
you may have not logged out and back in when you checked, or you/her may have applied them to another character
I received mine just fine so this might be user error so I would check everything before jumping to conclusions

I been playing for 2 years i know how it works it was just a error with sony and dust at the time it showed up to apply to the character about 6 hours after purchase.
