funny you say this, I was just in a match where I found myself to be screaming half of the time because two of the four points were empty besides the annoying point camping scouts

my team was nowhere to be found and I was just thinking "why do I get stuck with these scrubs"

I was running around in a cheap suit because I didn't feel like losing an expensive fitting trying to carry a losing team

match ends we win just barely had them beat on clones but it was close on the MCC armor

I found myself having to hack because my team was never where they needed to be

I take a look at the EOM screen to see who the blues and reds where and what I got rewarded for the match

what I see is that I made 500k isk 11k sp and my team was compromised by no other then a certain third rock youtuber and his squad 1 and second place were third rock members with 21/5 kd 2158 wp and 12/6 kd 1865wp, the guy in second was the you tuber

I came in third with 17/12 kd and 1769wp

4th and 5th were both from third rock as well as 7th and 10th the rest looked like randoms for the most part

the reds had some randoms from art of death so it was a squad v squad situation

In my opinion I won us that game because if I hadn't been hacking we would've most likely lost, cant really blame randoms or proto for winning or losing as my team had known proto users and they hardly did anything to try to win

as far as the mass driver usage its damage profile is fair and it takes skill to land those shots most of the time I killed at least 3 proto min mass driver jumpy fits that match died to them a couple of times but most of the time it was due to already being low in health from fighting off their team mates which were also using proto gear the isk payouts confirm this

the ScR is still a problem, will have to wait for the nerf to see if it becomes balanced as it can still one shot many low to medium health hp suits

matchmaking well its fairly balanced as far as placing equally skilled players against each other, the problem comes when said players don't want to give it their all or lack the motivation to play another match especially on a bad day, and the many that don't want to struggle and only want to play against lower skilled players, this in my opinion is the real issue

the constant proto is not really a problem either as they run the risk of losing isk and you gain more if you manage to kill a few

using the example I gave I can say that I killed a few proto users or at least finished them off and I was using a kaalakiota caldari scout with 219 health 63 shiled recharge and 2.5 and 3.5 shield delay and depleted delay using a basic AR and a toxin smg along with a nano hive and a needle

I died a fair amount but I killed even more and the suit only costs 7.5k isk meaning I made over 400k profit its really not that bad, and yes I was even lagging a bit as at least 3 of those deaths I can contribute to my screen freezing up when I get shot at as I am sure many others have to deal with

Another Scr crap? Please get over it. It does not need a nerf and its just that people are dumb enough to stand straight and shoot at it. As for Mass driver i really don't know since i don't use it much, not sure about the damage but it causes lag for sure.

What is up with everyone going on about the Mass Driver? It's absolute sh!t at straight up killing. If you and your enemy are equal HP and you bring a MD, you will most likely lose.

I assume your buddies are Scouts,because MD are epic at antiscout.

Also, if you were the squad leader. You probably drug them into matches they shouldn't have been in.
