SP, AUR bonuses are back to day 1 of login. Okay, I didn't cause this. And I tried multiple times to get online. Even check in between other games, but - no Dust.

I believe OP is referring to the connection issues that many people experienced yesterday.
OP you can try submitting a ticket but I very highly doubt you will get anything from it. If you look at the fact that the scale maxes out you really are not losing much.
