Freedom Assault HMG FTMFW!! That plus Lai Dai's and call it done. A little something something for you dual hardened skrubs. I have my Archdukes fitted out with Ass HMG, Swarms and Wyrikomi nades just for when I see you in a tank next Sax. |

The Freedom HMG was meant to be a AV weapon cause that way heavies had a chance against LAVs or so I heard.

lol CORSY ripped up this thread.
Now, I have noticed s=certain things at certain times do full damage through hardeners. I was PLCed through a double hardener. I had 1200 armour and rising with dual hardeners and this guy shot me dead. IDK if my hardeners ended or what.
Not a big problem though.

because swarms can travel in the air, auto-target and can travel up to 200 metres. Assault HMG's cannot.

do you mean with or without damage mods? and why would a weapon that is made to take out armor not take out armor?
it is meant to be AV so it has full effect, even with hardeners you should still be taking damage even if just a little, meaning sure you may be able to rep trough most of it but over time and especially if getting hit in a weak spot plus taking damage from other sources
if you are just sitting there taking it then its your fault, and even if you didn't stay there for long chances are they had everything they needed just for that occasion

AHMG can be aimed directly to the tank's weak point.
But they are super easy to outrange, and sentinels can't dampen, or hide if they are only 40ish meters away.

They don't.
Swarms do more than twice the DPS.
The difference is that the AHMG damage is constant. Since there is no interruption of fire it creates an illusion of efficiency.
WoW has taught me that Purple means Legendary. This means Quafe suits are the optimal loadout for killing all of you.
