No simple as that because then all the major corps are just gonna go in with a full squad and stomp 24/7 and it will keep any solo players out of fw also.

this already happens its called queue syncing and its not only corps that do it but yes it would be easier to queue sync but it would also allow for people to open up squads in the squad finder to sync up themselves making FW more competitive and on even grounds with most everyone else

I simply don't see why 16 players should be penalised because 1 player can't be arsed getting organised.
Not my problem if you either don't take FW seriously or don't like talking with other people.

First of matchmakin system needs to back to what it was and auto fill spots secondly this is a team based game it would make the sqd finder a great asset even if u like running solo "which in a 16 man shooter doesnt make allot of sense running solo"

No. Because that would mean i can no longer squeeze in to join fw. Qsync now is some times short of 16. That means i have a chance to join a qsync and get a win. Or 2 squad of 6 more chances to squeeze in. Lols.
