Hello, I have a question about the Sniper Rifle , does the sniper have some sort of invisible crosshair or something, because from what I know, weapon crosshairs will always tell the amount of armor/shield points others have above them, and tells you at the left side of your ammo bar how much they have in numbers, and if fired they follow where the crosshair would be, then a sniper has some sort of invisible crosshair, because when I point it at someone without being scoped it shows Their Target Intel, so if I align the rifle correctly in the middle of the screen, with correct length and accuracy of course, would there be chance of me hitting the Target precisely or would the bullet just spread at a random part of the screen and not hit the target in a straight line?

It is possible to no scope someone, particularly if they are close to you. I don't think I ever managed it, but I have talked to people who have. In theory you could probably stick a dot of paper to the middle of your screen and use that. I am not sure how much dispersion is in play though.
Hand/Eye coordination cannot be taught. For everything else there is the Learning Coalition.

In Actuality I was planning on getting transparent tape to the middle of the screen with a circle or X on it a while ago

I wanted to try this one out, but I'm grounded, that's why I couldn't test this one myself

Snipers when not zoomed in have a potential dispersion area roughly 80% of the screen size.

Yep.
Depends on the total distance from the target. 50 Meters or less you have a dispersion rate of about 40% of the screen size, anything more is about 80% of the screen size.
Also, I've noticed that Roden Snipers seem to have a higher dispersion rate.
