So I decided to hop back on after a relatively short break from Dust, buy another respec, and create Penumbra or something
Penumbra or something is a completely neutral FW corp intended to cut down queue times that the low-population of Dust has to experience.
This thread is to bring attention to the public channel I just created- "Penumbral FW"
The purpose of this channel is intended for jump-starting FW for any faction, as well as trying to make sure games are balanced.
I don't expect many people to actually join the corp, but the channel is there, and I think it opens up the new play style I'm trying out, which actively combines gear from every faction.
If any of my experimental fittings stand out, I'll post them in the training grounds, or something.

Fun fact: as it has faction-neutral fittings, I've decided to use my own naming system, independent of the 4 factions.
Penumbral fittings shall be named after fruits and vegetables

This seems like a good idea. Your biggest problem will be getting people to actually join the channel, though.
