I would still have a long range (not 600m) and maybe a lower damage. This could be used for mid-long range similar to the range of the laser rifle. This is just and idea. Though it would be better if they removed the charge SR and place that gun's stat's on the basic SR (340-360-380, 400 meter's but keeps its ROF and has the charge system, also has only 3 round's) and changed the tactical stat's so that it would be like the current SR's (like how it is with the basic-nt-511-ishukone, 230-240-250 450 meters but keeps its ROF and ammo). It'll be reducing the amount of resource's in the game and better because, not many player's use the Charge SR anyhow and we don't need 3 different type of sniper rifles, or 4 for that matter. I don't know how many times I have known where a sniper was, but because he was in position and I had to get into position I never had a chance... and maybe he is control a pivotal place on the field or maybe there are 2 or 3 snipers all controlling different sections...) the point is it would be nice if sniping was a little less camp and a little more active.

A Remington 700 is a hunting rifle if used as such or it can be a employed as a sniper rifle, and can be fitted with any sighting sytem you require-the rifle is a "tool". With that being said, unless it's through optional customization and not an actual variant, it should be considerably weak, in comparison to even the TAC SR, if it's through customization, I'd be fine with it.
