But anyone with a massdriver is awarded damage for missing, and an automatic clone termination...
When will CCP balance guns and stop catering to noobs and only rewarding bad players?
1) You gun has Aim assist. Like this ----> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3-qZ4LG8lGY
6 m to the right or left doesn't matter because Aim assist carries you. Net code will make this result varry.
2) Do your bullets have travel time? With the Mass driver you fire and you have to account for where the player is going to be, Not where they are... Even forge gun you just wait until your crosshair is red then let go insta kill...
Doesn't even matter if they move, the server registers it as a hit.
3) How long can you survive when you fire a flare in the air to let everyone know where you are and have potentially 12+ aim assisted hit scan weapons at you?
Go try and use a mass driver exclusively for a night.... See if you can even go ISK positive with a decent KD/R.
4) this game is ********... Why would you take it seriously? CCP Shanghai doesn't give a **** about building a solid game, they started Development of DUST 514 within a month of Planetside 2... There isn't anything you can compare the quality of work from planetside 2 to DUST 514 except DUST's core concept which had nothing to do with CCP shanghai. One of the biggest fail studios in gaming to date.
Now the entire studio is goofing around with VR applications for a device that will cost the average consumer 800-1500 dollars, so largely a niche hardware platform that a majority of gamers won't use or experience for 5-10 years.
Screw this game and join the rest of the Dust veteran population on the PS4 playing Elder Scrolls online in massive PVP battles of 300 vs 300 vs 300, in the size of battles that CCP originally tricked a group of consumers into being able to produce using their EVE online resume, but weren't even capable of building a consistent hit detection system. |
