Stamina should only effect sprinting.
It breaks immersion when you are out of stamina and suddenly cannot jump over a side-walk curb. Even worse when you have to stand still for a moment and wait for it to recharge. This is one (of many) things that add to the overall 'clunky' feeling of this game. We should always be able to use our maximum jump height.
It also breaks immersion when you are completely not able to melee. Melee mechanics are hard enough to use as they are. As a replacement, I would prefer a -10% damage penalty when at 25% stamina or lower as a penalty.

As someone who does lots of running and jumping, I can see where you are coming from, but removing stamina costs for jumping would cause tons of balance issues.
Imagine the MD/Myo users jumping as much as they want.
If there were some way to do it without causing the ability to exploit it, I would be all for it, but simple removal would of stamina for jumping would not be the answer.

Any double entendre is unintended I assure you.

I think that would be easy enough to deal with.
- Thy Myo's module itself could be stamina dependant.
I haven't made a jumpy fit yet, but the people who do don't seem to have any problems with jumping around as much as they want anyways.

Anything repetitious act that involved with "increased" movement should have a stamina cost. The only thing that I have a problem with is stamina not regenerating while in mid-air. What your getting at is the simple base movement flaws of this game that is just outright annoying. But it would be nice to have a fluid system kinda similar to GTA.
