I get so many shield extenders and rechargers in the my strongboxes. Coupled with that Kaalakiota Assault BPO.
It only leds to one thing. CCP IS SILENTLY BUFFING SHIELDS. Confirmed. 
But I shall be serious for a moment here. I really do think that they should at least deal with the shield situation. Taking care of the prevalent problem of the shields mortal enemies right now. Scrambler, Combat, Breach Assault, and possibly buffing shield recharging and extension and eHP.

Nope. I'll tell you the real reason.
I started using the Scrambler when it first came out. It got buffed.
I started using the Scouts back when Scouts United was sacred to us. Then came the cloak and Scunt514
Then I started using MinSaults. They got pseudo buffed.
I started using the PLC. Got buffed.
I am now using shields. Connect the dots.

Strafe speed nerf will affect shield users in a good way though. I'm looking forward to that. I think that it'll be a lot more like Closed Beta but without the excruciatingly slow armor because we don't have the -10% movement speed on plates.
I think we'll start to see a lot more shield use and ferroscale uses.
