Yes your suit/weapon/vehicle will be useless so change it and don't use that. - this is not fixing a damn thing just making sure that you can keep your OP ****.
Get used to it get used to the broken suit adapt (cough cough caldari) - we can't get used to a game that's constantly being updated please think

If you don't do this and actually provide facts as to why changes should be made to this game, thank you.

And I can't and won't armor stack I only have armor to lvl 3 and I have 4 proto cal suits proto including scout -_-

They're not underpowered, they under perform when not properly fitted.
They're great solo suits.

And, that's actually the complete opposite of how they're supposed to be ran they're great hit and run and run suits.
Caldari are like gallente but shield or at least that's what they're supposed to be if stat increases are to occur like what happened to the gallente then shield staking would be the superior hp on cal

You must stack two complex armor mods in your lows and the highs with damage mods.
At least, that's what the blues in pub matches are telling me how to fit shield suits.
They couldn't possibly not know how to shield tank right?

rail weapons do enough damage already, why would you need mods to em. id rather have a kincat,reactive, regulator combo.
