Dear Rattati and Dust514 community, I would like to post here my vision of Logi roles on the battlefield.
AMARR LOGI: The skill bonus is good, but it is not working if you were killed, it resume bonus once you spawn again. I suggest keeping bonus active until you change your suit, death will not have effect here till you spawn again.
However, you will not see many players using this role, so I believe you have to push this role forward and bring to higher demand for team players and for PCGÇÖs. To do that, bring SPAWN QUE for all uplinks and add Amarr logi bonus to ignore SPAWN QUE effect.
Note: Speaking of CRU and Mobile CRU GÇôit should not have SPAWN QUE effect on it, so taking it over to spawn whole team gives you advantage and will require team work.
I believe that last update that had increased number of carried equipment has destroyed balanceGǪ , so I would like to suggest further adjustment:
1 GÇô Bring Qty to the previous numbers for the carrying qty: STD 1 pc ADV 2 pcs PRO 3 pcs Gauge 4. 2 GÇô Increase spawn timers: STD 20 seconds, ADV 15 seconds, PRO 10 seconds, FLUX 8 seconds, Imperial 6 seconds. Such changes will bring Amarr Logi role to the higher demand.
CALDARI LOGI:
This role is totally dead due to several reasons such as increase of carried qty of equipment and equipment bandwidth allowance. I suggest reworking it in a fully and this is how I see it as for Shields Master Race:
1 GÇô Give them remote shield recharge tool, like Minmatar rep tool OR It could be same rep tool, but if used by Caldari logi it will regenerate shields only instead of armor. 2 - Split Nanohives between shield regen. and armor regen, or combine both Shild+Armor regen if only used by Caldari Logi and keep as it is now for other races and non-caldari logi suit. But regeneration of shield and armor should be sequentially, not parallel. 3 - Bonus of 25% should not be applicable to the rep. tool, it will over power them. 4 GÇô We need to take in consideration passive regen of shields which will stack with shields rep tool, that is why point number 3 above. OR maybe disable targetGÇÖs suit regeneration for while locked on it. AND for the balancing we can consider following rule GÇ£If regen. tool unlocked with GÇ¥ 5 - Shield rep tool will not have delay from damage and it will work as armor rep, but for shield only. 6 GÇô Nano injectors used by Caldari logi will restore armor+shields, whether all other three races armor only.
I rarely see Caldary logi on the battlefield and most of those people selects it because of look/race preference If new, not because of bonus advantages for self/team play and old players almost not using it.
All said above should attack players and make Caldari suit competitive.
Also, Caldari Logi suit very low on CPU, so you either with HP (shiels) or with proto equipment. It is weaker on HP compare to other races. Let say it is shield race unit without shields, If you want it to be a logi =)
GALLENTE LOGI: Bonus is great from my point of view. May be add bonus to decrease cool down for the scanners 25%? Speaking of scanners, I would suggest change in logic, so that is how it is looks like:
1 - Range: Higher, VS Angle: Smaller AND Range: Smaller, VS Angle: Higher. 2 - Visibility: Longer VS Cool down: Longer AND Visibility: shorter VS Cool down: shorter.
And combine line one and two with scan profile. If you are interested, I can post numbers as per existing scanners. However giving 200 meters scanner with 90 degree angle is not right in my opinion. Specially it benefits players with mouse who able to turn around 250-300 degrees. Is it right and fair?
MINMATAR LOGI: Bonus looks good. However, here are some ideas:
You can create rep tool with will increase rep. amount over a time, like Amarr laser. Here are numbers: It start from 0 HP/second and reaches to 160 HP/second in 8 seconds. It can lock on one target only with 10 meters distance. All figures above excludes suit bonuses and of course rep. tool should not get over heated like a laser. =)
What do you get from this small development and changes? Players: Will have more options and strategies to plan. CCP: Some players will pump SP and might by boosters to obtain faster what they like.
Please let me know what you thinking in constructive way and put like If you want such changes.

here comes the hacksaw. removing the spawn que will be even worse for pubstomping. - The numbers of uplinks was one higher, with MLT at 1. but I agree + I like the idea, but the amarr logi wil overcome this how? + c1) ccp won't do. - c2)love this idea, so much I give it ++ c3)otay.... I'm going to ignote this one +/- c4)aaand, this one too +/- c5)agree + c6) already does. g1) agree + g2) agree + m1) disagree, My finger only gets tired from holding the l1 button -
