Now we can join FW limited time, and this system cause unfairness. If you live in the Western countries, you can join FW at
evening ~ dawn. You enjoy FW with corp members and win matches easily. But, if you live in the East, you have to join FW at the
dead oh night ~ noon. You fight against powerful corp squads without your friends and lose matches continuously. In addition, you
live a life of unhealty. You have to cut down your sleep and may cost school or job.
CCP, please make some modifications to FW. Winning FW bring individual and corp large profit, so I think this is a big problem.
One solution I come up with is introduction of PvE factor like FW in EVE. Devide matches into 3 scales ( reserve /main /elite ),
and Necessary player numbers to start match depend them ( 8 / 16 / 32 ). Each match is done by 16 vs 16, so add NPC to make
up the numbers. Rewards depend on match scale. |

Hey, I'm in a western country and it doesn't benefit me too well either. I work in the Evenings
So When I'm free before work, FW is really up yet and when I get back from work FW is starting to die off.

It would go allot better if people actually helped break que as it stands we cal break our own n sometimes breaks amarr/min as well to be nice but meh people see that 0:00 n they say meh pubs it is . Which faction u play?

Bruh! Me too! We should meet up sometime, i live next to the ice spire next to the frozen lake of penguintu. The penguins on this side of Antartica are a little vicious, mostly because i have been poking them everyday with a long stick, because it is hard not to. I have a penguin servant named Gunter, he is a sassy little biatch. But seriously, you can't miss my ice castle, it has an awesome flag on it.

The reason why FW timers are up late for you isnt because of CCP only allowing western country timers. The FW timer only gives you a proper timer (which isnt 0:00) when 32 people que at the same time. Most of the times you get people together to kickstart FW from different FW chatrooms. There is nothing stopping you to get 32 people stright after downtime and start playing FW.
Ive once mentioned to bring back the FW matchlist to help out FW matches without the need of 32 players.

No, that wouldn't change anything because people would see '0 players in queue' and go "WELL I'M NOT GOING TO GET A MATCH SO WHY BOTHER!". If anything this would exacerbate existing problems. They could start each day with the facwar timer outright lying to players and it would result in matches as people would have the perception that they'll find a match and so stick in queue.

I see the logic in your answer... but we got to have something to hang on to...
as the situation is right now, it disappoints most people when they see 00:00 on the screen.
They can put a fake time on the screen, but when you don't get any matches after,
like 10 or 15 min. you cut the line and go to pubs...
Smaller teams, as you said, would be helpfull when not enough peeps in the line...

You are complaining about not getting FW battles?
Grab some guys, throw a few in AFW and a few in MFW. The Caldari have done that when the Gallente refused to fight. (Can't speak for Amarr though.)

Yeah you have to cause only when you manage to get 32 people together the timer in FW will change. Even if there are not 32 players avaible after that the matchmaking will allways show a timer and when there is a timer people will stay in the que. Cause what usually happends is when some 1 is searching for a FW match and they see 0:00 they will imedeatly cancel the search.
You need 32 people to get things in motion if you dont have that you dont have to bother with kickstarting FW.
