The current Gal FW channel is a mess. No on x's up, no one voices up, no one squads up. It's garbage. Therefore, a few brave mercenaries have made a new channel: Federation's Elite
Please join this channel to qsync against the scum that is Caldari. Join if you have A MIC AND WANT TO FIGHT FOR THE FEDERATION.
We'll begin syncs as early in the day as possible.

you have to be on coms at least, and be able to follow instructions. We synced a few games ago with scrubs that weren't even voiced in the old channel. So, no you don't HAVE to have one...but be serious when you're there.

BUT Gallente FW was the go-to "easy mode", and it was a living hell to get people to squad up for Caldari FW. And at times, one squad wasn't enough since we had to carry glue-eating Blues.

As much as it would be nice to have some competition, It's about time the Gallente get a chance to wallow in perpetual defeat.

Best of luck, I hope you enjoy the misery of trying to get people winning, keeping morale high (so that even when they eat a loss they're still willing to play), doorknob humping blues, general factional fractiousness and the feeling of being ground down by another side constantly not because they're OMG AMAZING PLAYERS (there's relatively few of those) but because they are organized and you are not.

Problem with Lucent is that they never want to Ex up unless one of the familiar squad leads are on and its pretty frustrating.
Especially when I'm busy with person life problems and Foehammer is taking a break with Arkena doing final exams.
That's all major squad leads gone at the moment and they dont want to have a random squad lead.
As far as organization goes its more so Negative Feedback skewing everything off. They got bored of PC and went to FW.
I find STF and Lucent usually provides damn good even battles.
Also yes, you're adding to the problem.

You don't know how many times I yelled at my tv saying "GO **** YOURSELVES" to both the red and blueberries.
And even in the dark days of Kirjuun Heiian when I tried getting squads going (and when I did and FC'd) people would quit after a loss. Some people don't play to win, they play to be carried to victory
