Hey guys,
I'm happy to announce that we're looking to fill a position we've created on the EVE Universe Community Team in order to support EVE Valkyrie as it moves through alpha and beta, then into release.
We've just posted up a job description on the CCP Games website, and we're looking for a talented, open minded and creative individual to come join our team and assist with community development for EVE Valkyrie.
These are pretty exciting times for EVE Valkyrie, and for VR on the whole. The right applicant will be based in our Newcastle office in the UK, tasked with forging the foundations of what will hopefully become a rock solid core community of VR enthusiasts across multiple platforms and VR devices.

Nifty, a lot of people forget that being a community manager is an incredibly difficult job with a lot of hard-to-learn soft skills! congrats to whoever gets it.

I don't want to grovel or anything, but Mobius and I are probably the biggest air combat nerds on this forum. I play DCS religiously, have been studying to take my Pilot Candidate Selection Method test, and have watched the entire series of Battlestar Galactica from beginning to end. EVE Valkyrie is a dream come true for me, and being a community liaison to help this dream come true would be just about the greatest thing in the world.
EDIT:
If this were some sort of volunteer position I would apply in a heartbeat. Unfortunately it seems my current lifestyle would disagree with relocation to England. Damn shame.

I might have even applied if it weren't for the requirement of 2 years experience.
On the MechWarrior Living Legends team I only got 6 months in at most before development was halted, and my full-time job I was also doing didn't leave me the time to do as much as I wanted.
