i'm in a medical building. why you might ask? because some of us have to take this mandatory therapist session yearly or bi-yearly. im speaking with a male Vherokior, named Kisaar, he knows how to deal and talk with me, so i a slight liking to him. after a few moments of silence he asks, "who are you?"
Knight - "who am I? well, i'm Knight guard. Knight guard Fury, from the 'Fury' family and people call me by three names: Knight guard, Knight fury, or just Knight."
Kisaar - "and where is your family? are they still around or are they somewhere else?"
Knight - "no... they're all dead now. except me... because i chose to be an immortal."
for a few seconds there was silence, but then Kisaar went and said, Kisaar - "how did they all die, if you don't mind answering?"
Knight - "alright, most of them died by the amarr. we like to travel around space as traders, fighter pilots, and industry workers. one day they were traveling as an escort for my Father, he had made some important valuables that certain people wanted. they ended up in one wrong place at the wrong time and had stumbled upon some amarr ships who were ordered to kill anyone in that sector. since i am well known in the republic for my efforts in faction warfare and in political debates, i know many contacts in our military and government, a fleet were on the way to help them but they never made it in time, but they did kill the Amarr fleet when they arrived."
Kisaar - "and where were you when this happened?"
Knight - "I was with many other warriors of the republic in a dropship about to join up with the front-lines advancing upon an amarr district on Huola."
Kisaar - "let me ask you something, why did you ever want to become an immortal soldier?"
knight - "I knew you would eventually get to that. *grinning while saying that* I became one so i could eternally fight for the republic and see to it that the amarr face the fury of the last remaining member of a near dead bloodline, but there are a few other reasons too."
Kisaar - "Well i think im done asking you about your family now, tell me more about yourself if you don't mind?"
knight - "Anything specific?"
Kisaar - "Just tell me anything. childhood, teen years, before you became a soldier, etc."
knight - "Okay then, as a child my father was very fond of me, he always wanted me to help the republic when i was older and i did too.he taught me how to fight and defend myself in many ways, and even taught me how to use minmatar weapons at the age of 10. he saw that i was exceptionally well at handling the Combat rifle and knew one day i would make a great soldier. my mother was an ambitious person, she excelled at trading and manufacturing equipment, gear and modules, so when ever i need something she would usually make it for me.i had 4 brothers and 2 sisters, they all did different things but im not going to get too much into that.
In my teen years i became more interested in joining the republic and learned as much as i could about everything about it. i learned what and how all the weapons looked and worked, knew how the repair tool functioned and studied why when the Amarr invaded us. i practice many forms of martial arts and was studying what commenced during the Voluval. i was once forced to fight 3 other people but i was easily the stronger one and defeated them, so they didn't mess with me for a while.
later, 6 years ahead, my Voluval was about to happen, at the time i was very nervous and could only wait until it finally commenced. when the Shaman injected the first mixture in my heart and then again in my spine, i did not know what to do or say, but then i calmed myself and said a few things that i wanted to do and protect. after the shaman put the black mantle on my head and shoulders and took it off a few moments later, the mark of the 'flaming swords', meaning that i will fight and serve whoever i side with, with an intense passion which is also correct, i love and am willing to die for my people anytime.
as i was well in the Republic Command's Army, i was still mortal and still had many things to do. when news of a new technology enabling us to live forever came, i knew i had to take that chance. the process wasn't very easy going but i got through it. i then continued on fighting for and helping our people and most of the time i was successful in doing so, but there are time when we were horribly defeated."
before i continued he stopped me. Kisaar - "our time is up now. you can continue your story tomorrow if you want but for now i bid you an adieu."
i take a deep breathe, almost as if it were for the relief of me being done with todays meeting. knight - well farewell then; until next time."
before leaving, we have a way of greeting and saying goodbye to each other... well its more of a family thing but i only share it with select people. both of us grab each others arm with one hand (usually right before the bicep) and grab the backs of our head with the other (around the back neck area) and depending on your relationship with that person can usually last 3 to 8 seconds of looking to each others eyes, as if you were somehow understanding each other spiritually through this process. after that was done, I left.
((i will make additions or changes as i see fit if i accidentally or mistakenly left out something))

Instead of rambling to the IGS, perhaps you should seek some therapy for what i can only assume is...compulsive storytelling?

((Interesting firstly to learn about Knight Guard even if only slighting, secondly interesting you somewhat chose a mode of greeting that could be interpreted as a distant form of Hongi, the Maori tradition of touching noses upon greeting and exchanging breath to welcome one another.
Only aspect I really didn't get or even much follow was how 'victimised' it sounded like you were. I'd love to give OOC sympathy to Knight Guard but have none for him. He's a typical example of the 'poor widdle Minmatar gets pushed around by the big bad Amarr' and frankly being around EVE RPers a lot more I'm less inclined to offer sympathy to that any more.))

Don't mistake this as harsh critique, just advice. Knight Guard is just what True Adamance was in 2014 and idea in the form of a man and not a real person, not just yet.))

((this was long over due but i got busy with school, but finally here is the last of it as i said before.))
ItGÇÖs been 2 days since my last visit. IGÇÖve got 2 hours before i head back to my therapists for the last session. I like to go hunting, meditating, and training on other planets in jungles, flat lands and deserts, in my free time, usually for finding my inner self, hunting for food or for money, and for increasing my agility, cunning, and deadly attacks with only the use of my Combat Rifle, slightly modified Minmatar Knives, and a Flaylock pistol modified for more explosive shots and longer range.
5 minutes before i come back to the last session, I like to linger around the place until itGÇÖs the very last second just lingering and observing the area, familiarizing peopleGÇÖs faces, recognizing landmarks and building, and just gathering my thoughts together. that's all I ever do reallyGǪ observe, analyze, collect data, and learn from all past experiences. Finally i enter the building and meet Kisaar and i say,
Knight: Hey.
Kisaar: good evening.
surprisingly he asked me,
Kisaar: so why did you choose that name? besides your family name and all that, and what was your name before you changed it?
I took some time to think about it and finally said,
Knight: Well, if you must knowGǪ I chose the name because it meant something important to me. Knight, as in a strong fierce knight that will protect the people he has sworn sovereignty with, defending or destroying all that aid or oppose my people and guard just seemed to fit in with that, but also meaning that, since itGÇÖs in the middle, i wanted to protect my kin as wellGǪ obviously that didn't work out so well since all of them are most likely dead, assuming that that is true anyway, but i consider all of Matar as my kin so i still have that to do. but now that i think about it, i do remember having another kin that became an immortal as well, but i have no idea where he is. For my original name thoughGǪ daemon GÇÿdhaGÇÖveekGÇÖ fury.
((IGÇÖll be referencing myself as Daemon from now))
Kisaar: I see. eve the Nefantar?
Daemon: Of course, they are still Minmatar even if a lot of the other ones are Ammatar now.
Kisaar: are you in a corporations or are you in one of our Minmatar corporations?
Daemon: Currently I'm assisting the Sebiestor Field Sappers, but when i get the chance I'm joining with my old Corp., GÇ£Carbon 7GÇ¥, who i help fight in Factional Districts with very often with.
Kisaar: Alright. By the way, your tattoo. How do feel about it?
Daemon: The GÇ£Crossed SwordsGÇ¥? IGÇÖm proud of it. though i wouldGÇÖve been happy with most other tattooGÇÖs I'm happy i got this one especially since i love fighting for the people of Matar.
Kisaar: want to see mine?
Daemon: Sure?
Kisaar moves himself to a fitting position and lifts his shirt enough to show his lower left part of his abdomen revealing his tattoo to be the GÇ£Patient OwlGÇ¥, and then fixing his clothes to look more professional again.
((Just to be clear, the names of these tattoos are not literal translations as to what they look like, but somewhat similar in design as to what they mean to us.))
Daemon: *grinning* that seems fitting. the wise owl who patiently wait and knows things that most others donGÇÖt. Is this one of the reason you chose to work this type of job? i suspect now that you've been through some things few have wished to do and others have wished they havenGÇÖt gone through.
Kisaar: not entirely, another reason was i get to hear and listen to the lives and stories of many, many different types of people. Immortals, humans, caspuleers, all of them, itGÇÖs very interesting and helps me understand why people do and donGÇÖt do things. lets stop getting off topic about me though. If the Drifters were to attack Minmatar space, what would you do? knowing that hey are more powerful than everyone.
Daemon: Obviously, as most soldiers would, we would do our best to defend our people to the best of our ability. though iGÇÖm an immortal mercenary, not a caspuleer, so i wouldnGÇÖt be able to help fight in space, but if somehow the Drifter forces produced infantry of some sort then i would definitely help eliminate them. and on the news of the empressGǪ i donGÇÖt feel sympathy for her at all. almost humorous come to think of it. how much time do we have left?
Kisaar: About 15 minutes left, and Really? and can you tell me as to why you feel this way? not that i do either, but itGÇÖs not exactly to be taken lightly either especially now that we know just how dangerous the Drifters really can be.
Daemon: i do not show or have any love for the amarr and as i recall the Empress was supposed to be dead once before. as far as IGÇÖm concerned. i live for only the minmatar and though i keep up with all the news and politics for both the Minmatar and Amarr, and occasionally the Gallente, I only really care for the Minmatar.
Kisaar: Are you against them because of what they did to us from before, or is it something more that drives you to hate them so much?
I think about it for a few seconds, and finally decide how to say it
Daemon: itGÇÖs a little bit of both. i still wonGÇÖt forgive them for what they did back in the past and i also still hate the bastards that still are hateful and prejudiced against us. so really iGÇÖm not entirely hateful towards Amarr as one whole, but those certain individuals that will still threaten us just because of who we are and for the enslavement and pain theyGÇÖve put us through. so unless all of that goes away and we both are at peace with each other than this war will always continue and i will continue to fight.
Kisaar: this certainly has been an interesting talk so far, if only we had more time. and donGÇÖt you care about other peopleGÇÖs lives? i understand if you donGÇÖt about the immortal soldiers, but what about non-immortal soldiers and civilians?

Daemon: for the immortals, you're right because we are all immortal so it doesnGÇÖt really matter whether we die or not. but for the mortal people who live only one life, yes i do care. as a spiritual person i care for all organic life because in a way we are all connected in some way, shape, or form. and i wouldnGÇÖt kill civilians, unless i absolutely had to i wouldnGÇÖt. they donGÇÖt deserve to be killed just because they are apart of an enemy race or culture.
Kisaar: so, you do care? you just donGÇÖt show it often or at all.
Daemon: yes, but i do what i must whether i care about it or not. but if the situation and circumstances are right i will do what i think is right rather than what i am told to do, even if it means that i am considered a traitor or GÇ£abandonerGÇ¥. May we end this a few minutes early? I have somewhere i want to be right now.
Kisaar: Fine, we were about done here anyway. you may leave as you wish.
before leaving, we did our farewells again. but before we let go, he whispered in my ear words that were meant only for me and with deep meaning to them as well.
