Will it remove a 100% of your profile for exemple 32 would get 0 or will each dampener remove 25% of the previous one? (For exemple 32-25%= 24 24-25%=18 18-25%=14.5 14.5-25%=10.475)
This includes profile danmpening skills.

No. I think only certain scout suits can go sub 15db which I believe is the Gal logis max scan.

Damps are useless. You'd be better off running an assault scout with plate/extenders and a rifle. Use a cloak only to get closer to enemy, just not too close. You will rarely need it tbh.

The lowest profile units in the game are the Gallente and Caldari Scout, with base scan profiles of 27dB. With all lows running complex damps, the Caldari Scout's profile reaches 16dB and the Gallente Scout's reaches 13dB.

One thing to add is that Gal Scout gets to 13 dB using 3 damps. With 4 damps, it's still at 13 dB which means you are wasting a slot space.
3 damps actual = 13.48 dB
Rounds to 13 dB
4 damps actual = 12.52 dB
Rounds to 13 dB
(Assuming skilled into level 5 Gal Scout)

Yes but some modules are affected by stacking penalties and do not have that in the description - such as profile dampeners, range amplifiers, precision enhancers, and codebreakers - making it a legitimate question until CCP decides to add it into the description.

You missed the point.
The way modifiers are applied isn't
25+25+25+25=modifier
It applies each modifier biggest to smallest one after another. This means that it can never actually be zero.
25% reduction of 20 is 15
25% reduction of 15 is 11.5
25% reduction of 11.5 is 8.4
25% reduction of 8.4 is 6.3

What you are leaving out is the stacking penalty. Assuming 25% reduction per mod:
Individual bonuses: -25.00%, -21.73%, -14.26%, -7.07%, Total bonus: -53.23%
So a base profile of 32 would get a reduction of 17.0336 making it 14.9664
The same stacking penalty formula applies to any percent based modules in both Eve and Dust. |

The minimum any suit can go down to (which is Gallente Scout with all 4 Dampeners at complex) is 12, iirc. |

No. Supposedly putting that on a scout gk.0 can hide you from line-of-sight scans (people looking directly at you won't see a chevron) but I'm not sure if that's true.
