It's decent, but being able to play a previous generations games doesn't seem like anything remotely like a system selling feature to me.
What're you looking at me like that for? I'll shank you I will.

I wouldn't go that far by a long shot. The entire press conference was rather lackluster. It's almost like they're scrambling. Halo 5 looks well... it just looks. Xbox being the home for racing was a laughable statement. Honestly I was more interested in the car; it looks damn good I'll give it that. The indie games were pretty okay. Recore is actually a new IP that looks mildly interesting but it was a prerendered trailer. The most interesting was the Minecraft VR honestly, its presentation, presenters not withstanding, was amazing but that's more a hardware thing than anything else.
The most telling thing though was the audience's response, or rather lack of it.

I believe the lack of response can be attributed to the fact that their brains are still missing from Bethesda's panel yesterday...
Speaking if which does anyone here have a spare pair of pants, I was looking at some more Fallout 4 and I ruined my last pair.

Not convinced backwards compatibility is enough to make me consider shifting from Sony to Xbox. I generally take care of my systems very well and still have the old N64, Gamecube, and Wii that I used to play games on.

Now that you mention it I should plug in my N64 and finish Banjo Kazooie.
Also notice how much of Microsoft's press conference was about selling you old stuff not just the backward compatibility part.
