We should make a module out of them.
The job of the skin is to hide you from enemy peripherals. You all know and hate getting spotted by a guy 100m away while you are on the edge of their screen. Now we have an app for that. Module*
Proto Skin makes it so enemy must have you within a circle around their crosshairs that covers like 40% of screen
ADV 65%
STD 80%
Skins made useful.
The cost of skins should be equivalent to equipment.
You can also add in some CPU and PG up in there.

Skins are vanity only.
They should stay that way, not become pay to win accessories for special eds.
Not my fault that you are dumb enough to give CCP money for a paintjob, but you shouldn't get a gameplay reward for being an idiot.

This does sound half decent, it could be worked on though.
Raven for CPM2
Shield buff, focus on balancing of weapons, and vehicles.
New Content if possible + PS4 port.

Cirlce in a Rectangle
The rectangle is the screen and the circle represents an area where things would get spotted. If you are wearing a Proto skin, the circle for your enemy is much smaller than if you were wearing a STD skin.

It's actually not a bad idea. I feel like we're pretty close to there already though. I wouldn't mind not being seen, by using my skin. I also liked it when, someone on my team saw somebody, everybody on my team saw them. Because our tacnets were linked. I think this should be implemented, but only for squads
